智能合约本质引入概念机构、财产和人从而形成一套利益共识关系，合约协议对所有参与者进行约束和规范，它也是一种制度。引入智能合约可以解决很多痛点，比如，在新型的区块链技术应用租赁上，智能合约对于双方都有约束力，租赁到期不续租，没有到协议终止期，提前收回住房等违规现象，进行直接处理赔付，无需中间协商等浪费大量的精力和时间。
智能合约可以理解成一种承诺，事先用数字形式进行定义，规范了合约参与者的权利和义务，这些程序由计算机系统自动执行，不会受到第三方的干扰和控制。
最简单的智能合约例子是，if…then…，如果条件满足，则合约执行这个程序，否则执行对立事件。整个智能合约的模型里面有，合约事务、合约参与方、合约资源集合、自动状态机等，可以理解为它可以被信任，总是按照事先规则进行执行。当然智能合约的实现需要底层技术协议的支持，技术的种类选择主要因子在于被交易资产的本质，参与者同意以什么样子的加密货币进行支付，那么协议就会和这种加密货币息息相关。

持续五个月的走势，接下来到了变盘的时刻，再次测试12000高位压力点，突破之后稳住，小牛来临。
从15分钟曲线可以看出，比特币从11515美元爬升到11723美元一个相对高点，合约不玩牛市必来，继续震荡起来目前回调处于11335点，相对指标USDT目前6.89，至于小牛是否开启，至于后市是否持续开启情况，看庄家心情。行情继续震荡起来，行情回调开始，需要自己把握。这次回调如果是小牛的回调，有可能大跌眼镜，目前只是轻轻点水，连续三周阴跌，看到6000美元。
